Trish Keporos - Singer/Performer

Trish Keporos has been singing as long as she can remember, drawing inspiration from Frank Sinatra and Barbara Streisand. Trish began her musical journey teaching herself guitar at the age of 12. Practicing everyday, she continued to develop her skills both as a musician and singer. Trish was determined to be a part of the musical genre as much as it was a part of her.

Trish went on to attend Illinois State University to study psychology, and her passion for singing went with her. Teaming with her friend Yolanda Bush, Trish started performing in public for the first time. The duo was a hit at campus coffeehouses and banquets. Being well received gave Trish the confidence to know that the stage was where she belonged.

Trish continued to develop her career as a dedicated and distinguished teacher and counselor, but she always made time for her musical side. After completing her Masters in counseling, Trish met pianist Linda Palm. The two performed together at churches, telethons, and on local cable television stations. In 1989 Trish started performing at some of the local establishment in the Southwest Suburbs.....Sylviano's restaurant in Oak Brook with Donny Demarco (pianist/singer);Flame Restaurant in Countryside with the Johnny Gabor Trio, Balducci's restaurant in Burr Ridge, Carlisle Banquet Hall for the Italian-American Club, Fairview VIllage Retirement Community,  and Peace Retirement Village.  Recently trish has moved to chicago and can be heard singing at Petterino's with Beckie Menzie and Maggiano's with Bobby Salone.

Trish’s repertoire includes a little bit of everything: contemporary ballads, traditional standards, country and western tunes, rock ‘n’ roll, showtunes, Motown classics, and more! She has been known to cover songs made famous by Barbara Streisand, Bette Midler, Anne Murray, Karen Carpenter, Neil Diamond, and others, all in her own unique voice.

Trish views her voice as a gift and wants to use her gift to bring forth love and laughter in a world that she feels is in dire need of both. Trish is available to perform at private and corporate events, on cruise ships, in retirement communities, cafes, cabarets, stadiums, concert halls, and other venues. Always willing to try new things, she is also pursuing work in voice-over, jingles, animation, and movie soundtracks.
